1:1 Coaching for whole body fitness

If you’ve been in physical therapy or chiropractic treatment, you’re under the care of a physician, or even if you’re not currently in treatment, our 1:1 coaching complements these modalities so that you can maximize the restoration, development and eventually, the performance of your body. These three elements — restoration, development and performance — are critical for healing to take place.

If you’re looking to make gains in your fitness and performance, you’ll get the best results from setting up a smart training and development plan, practicing regularly and staying focused on your program.

As movement experts we’ll uncover ways to get you moving well, despite the obstacles in your way. Some of the problems people experience when they come to us seeking help:

  • Spinal Stenosis
  • Hip Pain/Problems
  • Osteoporosis/Osteopenia

We help you change how you move your body so that instead of straining and wearing down your parts, or further aggravating any physical conditions you may have, you’ll develop movement habits that guide the body to structurally adapt and help build physical resilience.

Most importantly we show you how to apply these movement habits in your daily activities, so that you practice them most of the time such as when you walk, sit, work, exercise, etc. And because we’ve mapped the foundational human movement skills and created specific structured exercises that serve as progressive learning steps, we can custom design a program to restoring and developing your body.

One of our clients who could barely walk on his worn-out knees described our philosophy best when he said, “I had no idea I was such a chronic mistake maker.” This realization was a big surprise because he had been a stand out athlete his whole life, which included being a collegiate decathlete. As it turned out, his knee problems had started while he was in his teens because of flawed movement habits. Things got progressively worse for decades until he started working with us.

To begin your 1:1 coaching with us please register and complete the questionnaires available inside your account. We’ll contact you within two business days to clarify any of your answers and to schedule a comprehensive physical assessment at our office.

The assessment includes

  • Detailed questionnaires you answer and we analyze
  • Phone consult to discuss your answers and get any more information we need
    (15-20 minutes)
  • Physical assessment appointment (approximately 2 hours)
  • Evaluation appointment (approximately 2 hours).

At the end of the evaluation we’ll recommend a path of movement education and restorative practices that will lead you to the results you want! The assessment fee is only $300.
