Our 1:1 coaching emphasizes restoration and development to enhance the healthy performance of your body. These two elements are critical for healing to take place. If you’re receiving physical therapy or chiropractic treatment, or are under the care of a physician, 1:1 coaching is the perfect complementary care. Even if you’re not currently in treatment, 1:1 coaching maximizes results.
