Meeting you where you are

There is something extraordinary in every one of us

My experience in this work is that people need somebody to believe in them and see their potential. This is our starting point because there is so much on the line - your health is paramount and it can be built or rebuilt piece by piece. I know how capable your body can be. All the tools are in you. Let me help you tap into them.

Our life experiences shape what is important to us

The meaningful activities I love create the balanced “exercise” my body needs. Physical, mental, social, and emotional wellbeing, it is all there. I give you permission to expand your consideration of how you exercise your body to health. For example, I would much rather gear up, paddle across a lake, set up camp, and spend the evening with my family, chopping wood, stoking the campfire, and eating good food. I can teach you how to use the gym inside your body so that you can keep doing what matters to you.

We are born into family and thrive in community

Many people play roles in our success, and I think the idea that some of us make it alone is a myth. I like Edmund Lee’s advice. Surround yourself with the dreamers and doers, the believers and the thinkers, but most of all, surround yourself with those who see the greatness within you, even when you don’t see it yourself. At Integrative Fitness you will find this kind of community and we will help you improve yours.
