LIVE WITH PURPOSE
The meaningful activities I love create the balanced “exercise” my body needs. Physical, mental, social, and emotional wellbeing, it is all there. I give you permission to expand your consideration of how you exercise your body to health. For example, I would much rather gear up, paddle across a lake, set up camp, and spend the evening with my family, chopping wood, stoking the campfire, and eating good food. I can teach you how to use the gym inside your body so that you can keep doing what matters to you.

Many people play roles in our success, and I think the idea that some of us make it alone is a myth. I like Edmund Lee’s advice. Jeremiah is a classically trained bio-mechanist who puts the highest value on making sure what we do translates into the results we expect. Most of the people he helps describe him as a mix from many fields – part physical therapist, part massage therapist, part personal trainer, part nutritionist. He views himself as a professional coach with a comprehensive toolbelt. He is also an avid outdoorsman with extensive rescue experience, and formerly a world-class athlete.

Clayton will find the right answers to the pain in your body. He believes living with pain is not something you have to get used to because there are usually, often specific ways to resolve pain. He wants to help you enjoy living in your body and to avoid all the grief unresolved chronic pain can foster. He knows how good life can be when able to move fluidly and without discomfort. From mountain biking and frisbee golf to playing the piano and nurturing plants indoors, he has a broad scope of personal interests and curiosity that inform his perspective.

Allyson is a Doctor of Behavioral Health and an industry expert educating on how to prescribe “Lifestyle Medicine” for the root causes of maladaptive behaviors. Through her revolutionary approach of Behavioral Fitness, she carves out a new path to exceptional mental health. A professor at the University of San Francisco and a county mental health representative, she is committed to seeing that our communities become behaviorally fit.
