A progressive series of classes teaching body skills, universal to everyone
SEMI-PRIVATE, SMALL GROUP CLASSES
Step 1: Screening and Registration
Complete our online questionnaire to determine fit for the series, then register. If you're not sure if this program is right for you, let’s get on the phone and discuss your specific situation.
Step 2: Start
Meet once per week with your coach and up to 5 others.
The program is 12 weeks long and structured so that you may complete it at a slower pace if desired. It includes 1:1 work for acute symptoms that present during the series.
Current Class Dates:
Group 1 Meets on Tuesdays at 6:45pm, starting April 4th, and ending June 20th
Group 2 Meets on Wednesdays at 5:30pm, starting April 5th, and ending June 21st
The Lower Body Series begins on Feb 28th or April 5th, 2023
The Upper Body Series begins on March 1st or April 4th, 2023
